Temporary variations and cancellations of Train Paths Sample Clauses

The 'Temporary variations and cancellations of Train Paths' clause allows for the adjustment or suspension of scheduled train routes on a short-term basis. In practice, this clause enables the rail operator or infrastructure manager to temporarily alter or cancel train paths due to reasons such as maintenance work, emergencies, or unforeseen operational issues. Its core function is to provide flexibility in train scheduling, ensuring that the rail network can adapt to changing circumstances while minimizing disruption and maintaining safety.
