TENANCY STATEMENT. 13.1 Each Party (as "RESPONDING PARTY") shall within ten (10) days after written notice from the other Party (the "REQUESTING PARTY") execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Requesting Party an estoppel certificate stating whether the Responding Party is aware of any default of the Requesting Party, the remaining Lease term, any unexercised options, the Base Rent payable, the extent of any Base Rent paid in advance, and such other information as may be reasonably requested by the Requesting Party. 13.2 If Lessor desires to finance, refinance, or sell any of the Premises, any part thereof, or the building of which such Premises are a part, Lessee shall deliver to any potential lender or purchaser designated by Lessor such financial statements of Lessee as may be reasonably required by such lender or purchaser, including but not limited to Lessee's most recent financial statements.
