Common use of Tenant Alterations Clause in Contracts

Tenant Alterations. Tenant will not make or allow to be made any alterations, additions or improvements ("Tenant Alterations") in or to the Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all costs for work done by it or caused to be done by it on the Premises of a character which will or may result in liens on Landlord's interest therein and Tenant will keep the Premises free and clear of all mechanic's liens, and other liens on account of work done for Tenant or persons claiming under it. Tenant shall indemnify and hold Landlord harmless against any liability, loss, damage, costs or expenses, including attorneys fees, on account of any claims of any natures whatsoever relating to Tenant Alterations, including claims of liens of laborers or materialmen or others for work performed for, or materials or supplies furnished to Tenant or persons claiming under Tenant. All Tenant Alterations (whether temporary or permanent in character) made in or upon the Premises, either by Landlord or Tenant, shall be Landlord's property on termination of this Lease and shall remain on the Premises, without compensation to Tenant.

Tenant Alterations. Tenant will not make or allow to be made any alterations, decorations, additions or improvements in or to the Premises or anchor any decorations to the Premises ("Tenant Alterations") in or to the Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord, which will consent shall not be unreasonably withheldwithheld or delayed. All contractors, subcontractors and workers must be acceptable to, and approved in advance of any construction by, Landlord, in Landlord's sole and exclusive discretion. All Tenant Alterations (whether temporary or permanent in character) made in or upon the Premises, either by Landlord or Tenant, shall be Landlord's property on termination of this Lease and shall remain on the Premises, without compensation to Tenant.
