Tenant and Subtenant. expressly acknowledge and agree that, notwithstanding any language to the contrary in the Sublease, Tenant shall not collect from Subtenant, and Subtenant shall not pay to Tenant, any rent under the Sublease more than one (1) month in advance of its due date.
