Common use of TENANT ASSIGNMENT Clause in Contracts

TENANT ASSIGNMENT. Tenant may assign the Lease or sublease all or any portion of the Leased Premises to any parent company, subsidiary, affiliate, or a successor entity of Tenant with a net worth equal to or greater than $15 million without Landlord consent however Tenant shall immediately notify Landlord of such assignment. Tenant shall not assign, in whole or in part, this Lease, or allow it to be assigned, to an unaffiliated entity, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed by Landlord. No assignee or sublessee of the Leased Premises or any portion thereof may assign or sublet the Leased Premises or any portion thereof.
