TENANT FEES. The Owner agrees that the Manager may receive and keep fees and charges from tenants for: a) Requesting an assignment of lease or sublease of the Property; b) Processing rental applications for credit and background checks; c) Returned (NSF) checks; d) Late payments; and e) Any other services that are not in conflict with this Agreement.
