Common use of Tenant Improvements; Tenant Allowance Clause in Contracts

Tenant Improvements; Tenant Allowance. Tenant is in possession of the Leased Premises. Other than as specifically provided in the First Amendment, Landlord shall have no obligations whatsoever to improve or pay for improvements to the Leased Premises for Tenant’s continued use and occupancy thereof.
