Common use of Tenant Improvements Clause in Contracts

Tenant Improvements. Landlord will not carry insurance of any kind on any improvements paid for by Tenant as provided in Exhibit C or on Tenant's furniture, furnishings, fixtures, equipment or appurtenances of Tenant under this Lease and Landlord shall not be obligated to repair any damage thereto or replace the same.

Tenant Improvements. Landlord will not carry insurance of any kind on any improvements or alterations paid for by Tenant as provided in Exhibit C under this Lease or paid for pursuant to any tenant allowance or credits from Landlord, or on Tenant's furniture, furnishings, fixtures, equipment or appurtenances of Tenant under this Lease and Landlord shall not be obligated to repair any damage thereto or replace the same. Tenant shall insure its improvements in accordance with Section 14.2 and proceeds of such insurance shall be used in any repair or restoration of the Premises.

Tenant Improvements. Landlord will not be required to carry insurance of any kind on for any improvements improvement paid for by Tenant as provided in Exhibit C or on for Tenant's furniture, furnishings, fixtures, equipment or appurtenances of Tenant under this Lease and Landlord shall not be obligated to repair any damage thereto or replace the same, unless such damage is caused by Landlord's negligence.

Landlord will not carry insurance of any kind on any improvements paid for by Tenant as provided in Exhibit C or on Tenant's furniture, furnishings, furniture or furnishings or on any fixtures, equipment equipment, improvements or appurtenances of Tenant under this Lease Lease, and Landlord shall not be obligated to repair any damage thereto or replace the same.

Landlord will not carry insurance of any kind on any improvements Tenant Improvements, Alterations or Changes paid for by Tenant as provided in Exhibit C or on Tenant's furniture, furnishings, furniture or furnishings or on any fixtures, equipment equipment, improvements or appurtenances of Tenant under this Lease and Landlord shall not be obligated to repair any damage thereto or replace the same.

Tenant Improvements. Landlord will not carry insurance of any kind on any improvements paid for by Tenant as provided in Exhibit C Tenant's furniture or furnishings or on Tenant's furniture, furnishings, any other personal property fixtures, equipment equipment, improvements, or appurtenances of Tenant under this Lease owned or installed by Tenant, and Landlord shall not be obligated to repair repair, subject to Section 17 below, any damage thereto or replace the same.

Tenant Improvements. Tenant acknowledges Landlord will not carry insurance of any kind on any improvements paid for by Tenant as provided in Exhibit C or on Tenant's furniture, furnishings, furniture or furnishings or on any fixtures, equipment equipment, personal property, inventory, improvements or appurtenances of Tenant under this Lease and Landlord shall not be obligated to repair any damage thereto or replace the same.

Tenant Improvements. Except to the extent the Tenant Improvements, Alterations, or Changes are or will become Landlord’s property, Landlord will not carry insurance of any kind on any improvements Tenant Improvements, Alterations or Changes paid for by Tenant as provided in Exhibit C or on Tenant's furniture, furnishings, furniture or furnishings or on any fixtures, equipment equipment, improvements or appurtenances of Tenant under this Lease and Landlord shall not be obligated to repair any damage thereto or replace the same.

Tenant Improvements. Landlord will not carry insurance of any kind on any improvements paid for by Tenant as provided in Exhibit C B or on Tenant's ’s furniture, furnishings, fixtures, equipment or appurtenances of Tenant under this Lease and Landlord shall not be obligated to repair any damage thereto or replace the same.
