Common use of Tenant Payment Clause in Contracts

Tenant Payment. Tenant shall pay Landlord without notice Basic Rent, Additional Rent, and any other payments due hereunder (collectively, "Rent"), from and after the Commencement Date, without deduction or offset, in lawful money of the United States of America in advance on or before the [first] day of each month (or at other dates specified in this Lease) during the Lease Term at Landlord's address set forth on the signature page of this Lease, or to such other party or at such other place as Landlord may hereafter from time to time designate to Tenant in writing. Rent for any partial month at the beginning or end of the Lease Term shall be prorated.
