Tenant Representation. As of the execution date of this Lease, Tenant represents and warrants to Landlord that, except as otherwise disclosed by Tenant to Landlord, Tenant has no intent to bring any Hazardous Substances on, in or under the Leased Premises except for the type and quantities authorized in this Paragraph.
