Common use of Tenant Representation Clause in Contracts

Tenant Representation. Tenant hereby represents and warrants to Landlord that neither Tenant nor its respective constituents or affiliates are in violation of any laws relating to terrorism or money laundering, including the Executive Order (as hereinafter defined) and/or the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001 (Public Law 107-56, the “Patriot Act”).
