Tenant Representation. Tenant acknowledges that Tenant has been represented (or has had the opportunity to be represented) in the signing of this Lease by independent legal counsel, selected of Tenant's own free will, and that Tenant has had the opportunity to discuss this lease with counsel. Tenant further acknowledges that Tenant has read and understands the meaning and ramifications of this lease, and, as evidence of this fact, signs his initials. TENANT'S INITIALS: D.H. ________
