Common use of Tenant’s Operating Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Operating. Cost Share as specified in paragraph (a) of this Section is based upon an estimated area of 15,000 square feet for the Premises and upon an aggregate area of 75,000 square feet for the buildings owned by Landlord on the Property. If the actual area of the Premises (when completed) or of the buildings owned by Landlord on the Property, as determined in accordance with Section 3.1 (b) hereof, differs from the assumed numbers set forth above, then Tenant's Operating Cost Share shall be adjusted to reflect the actual areas so determined.
