Common use of Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Operating Expenses Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Operating Expenses. Commencing July 1, 2016, Section 3.02.C. of the Lease is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof: "Tenant's Proportionate Share of Operating Expenses": an amount equal to the product obtained by multiplying Tenant's Proportionate Share by the Operating Expenses for the applicable calendar year."
