Common use of Tenant’s Representative and Authorized Representative Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Representative and Authorized Representative. Tenant designates the individuals named in § 1.1 respectively as Tenant's Representative with respect to matters pertaining to the design and construction of the Landlord's Improvements. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ designates ’s Representative as Authorized Representative, who has full power and authority to make decisions on behalf of Tenant with respect to matters pertaining to the design and construction of the Landlord's Improvements, except that Authorized Representative has no authority whatsoever to alter, waive, or modify any provision of this Lease, which must only be done in accordance with the provisions of § 16.
