Tenant’s Representatives Clause Samples

The "Tenant’s Representatives" clause defines who is authorized to act on behalf of the tenant in matters related to the lease. It typically specifies the individuals or roles that can communicate with the landlord, make decisions, or receive official notices regarding the leased property. For example, it may list the tenant’s property manager or legal counsel as designated representatives. This clause ensures clarity and efficiency in communications and decision-making by formally identifying the tenant’s points of contact, thereby reducing confusion and potential disputes over authority.
