Tense and Headings. Whenever any words used in this Agreement are in the singular form, they shall be construed as though they were also used in the plural form in all cases where they would so apply. The section headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not, for any purpose, be deemed a part of this Agreement and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement.
