The survey/fieldwork to document existing conditions was completed in spring/summer 2024 and is not included in the project timeline. 2. A scoping meeting is only required if the Project is determined to be of regional importance. Given the nature of the Project it is anticipated a scoping meeting would be required. 3. The Project Description may be provided to the County earlier in the process. 4. Release of the Draft EIR to be coordinated with County staff. 5. This timeframe may change based on the number and complexity of comments received. 6. The task duration is provided in business days and excludes weekends and holidays. The preliminary cost estimate for completion of the EIR is estimated to be $399,105.30, including expenses and a 10% contingency fee, as summarized below (Table 2). The cost of completing the tasks will be billed on a time- and-materials basis up to the maximum established budget ceiling following ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ 2024 bill rate schedule (attached). ▇▇▇▇▇ will not bill for any task or work that is not performed. If the Project becomes inactive for a period of 180 days or more, through no fault of ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, we reserve the right to renegotiate the scope of work for any remaining work tasks at the ▇▇▇▇▇ labor rate in effect at that time.
