Common use of Tentative Subdivision Maps Clause in Contracts

Tentative Subdivision Maps. City agrees that Landowner may file and process new and existing vesting tentative maps for the Property consistent with California Government Code sections 66498.1-66498.9 and City of Newport Beach Municipal Code chapter 19.20. Pursuant to the applicable provision of the California Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code section 66452.6(a)), the life of any tentative subdivision map approved for the Property, whether designated a “vesting tentative map” or otherwise, shall be extended for the Term of this Agreement.

Tentative Subdivision Maps. Developer agrees that filing and issuance of a new subdivision map may trigger additional development impact fees. Pursuant to the applicable provision of the California Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code section 66452.6(a)), the life of any tentative subdivision map approved for the Property, whether designated a “vesting tentative map” or otherwise, shall be extended for the Term of this Agreement.
