TERM AND DESCRIPTION. The term of this agreement begins on 01/01/2019 (the “Lease Start Date”), and ends on 01/31/2019 (the “Expiration Date”). Except for any month-to-month periods, any renewals or extensions of the Lease or term for an additional specified term or renewal must be in writing and signed by both Resident and Landlord.
