TERM AND DURATION OF AGREEMENT. 28.1 This agreement shall be binding and remain in effect from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2012. The Agreement shall remain in force and bind the parties until such a time as a new agreement is signed between them. 28.2 This Agreement shall have no retroactive effect except where otherwise stipulated in said Agreement.
