Term and Effectiveness of Certain Obligations. Promptly following the end of the Term and the complete performance of all of Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the obligation to pay any and all damages owed by Supplier to Company, under this Agreement, Company shall release its interest in the Security.
