Common use of Term and End of Term Options Clause in Contracts

Term and End of Term Options. On the Acceptance Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall execute and deliver a Certificate of Acceptance and shall thereafter be bound to perform its obligations under the Schedule, and the term of the Schedule will begin and continue through the Base Term, and thereafter until terminated by either party upon the expiration of the applicable written Notice Period. No termination of a Schedule under this Section shall be effective prior to the expiration of the Base Term.
