Term and Extensions. 5.1. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date, and shall continue in full force and effect for the Initial Term unless terminated or extended in accordance with the provisions hereof. 5.2. The term of this Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the termination of the Network Services Agreement for any reason, and shall automatically be extended for such period as the term of the Network Services Agreement may be extended, including any Transition Period, as defined in the Network Services Agreement.
