Term and Option to Extend. The term of this Contract begins on the contract date and ends upon the expiration of this Contract, as indicated on the cover of this Contract. County may extend the term at its sole option one or more times, for a total period no greater than 3 years, upon provision of written notice to Contractor no less than 90 days prior to the expiration of the then-current term.
