Common use of Term and Renewals Clause in Contracts

Term and Renewals. This Agreement commences with the Effective Date and will expire on June 30, 2023 (the “Expiration Date”), unless terminated earlier as provided in Section 11.0 or by agreement of the Parties. This Agreement will automatically renew for an unlimited number of consecutive additional one (1) year renewal periods, unless either Party gives the other Party written notice that it will not renew at least sixty (60) days prior to the Expiration Date or the expiration of any renewal period. The time period during which the Agreement is in effect, including any renewal period, shall be referred to herein as the “Term” of the Agreement.
