Common use of Term and Renewals Clause in Contracts

Term and Renewals. Unless set forth in the SOW, this Services Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a three-year period following the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”). Unless Client terminates this Services Agreement in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Initial Term, this Services Agreement shall automatically be renewed for another one-year period (each, a “Renewal Term”) (each Renewal Term together with the Initial Term shall be known as the “Term”). Unless Client terminates this Agreement in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of any Renewal Term, this Services Agreement shall automatically be renewed for another Renewal Term. Termination of this Services Agreement does not excuse Client’s payment for Services provided, and does not excuse performance of any other obligations hereunder.
