Common use of Term and Reopening Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Term and Reopening Negotiations. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing on July 1,2023, through June 30, 2025. In the event that a new contract is not agreed to by July 1, 2025, provisions of this contract will remain in effect during the period of negotiations. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2025, they shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2025. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not start negotiations more than 90 days before this Agreement expires.
