Common use of Term and Reopening Negotiations Clause in Contracts

Term and Reopening Negotiations. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2022, and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to PELRA. None of the terms and conditions of employment or provisions set forth in the Agreement shall apply to any person that was not employed by the School District at the date of execution of the Agreement made by the School Board. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2022, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than April 1, 2022. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.
