Term and Termination 11. 1 The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in force until midnight on the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Effective Date. Thereafter, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional one (1) year terms. During any renewal term either party may terminate this agreement by giving thirty (30) days written notice.
