Common use of Term and Termination Clause in Contracts

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22, 2018 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌ 2.3 If Emergency or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Rhythms or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Rhythms or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Rhythms or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Rhythms and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Rhythms or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Rhythms nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Covista or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Covista or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Covista or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Covista and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Covista or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Covista nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency AT&T Mobility or Verizon Frontier may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either AT&T Mobility or Verizon Frontier provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency AT&T Mobility or Verizon Frontier has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency AT&T Mobility and VerizonFrontier; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either AT&T Mobility or Verizon Frontier provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency AT&T Mobility nor Verizon Frontier has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency FTCS or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either FTCS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency or Verizon Party has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency FTCS and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either FTCS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency FTCS nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Talk America or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌ 2.3 If Emergency Talk America or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Talk America or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Talk America and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency Talk America or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Talk America nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency VarTec or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either VarTec or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency VarTec or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency VarTec and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either VarTec or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency VarTec nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22March 2, 2018 2006 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency FairPoint or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either FairPoint or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency FairPoint or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency FairPoint and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either FairPoint or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency FairPoint nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency GNAPs or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either GNAPs or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency GNAPs or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency GNAPs and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either GNAPs or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency GNAPs nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency PCS or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either PCS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency PCS or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency PCS and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either PCS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency PCS nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency NL or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either NL or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency NL or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency NL and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either NL or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency NL nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22January 16, 2018 2008 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Global Link or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Global Link or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Global Link or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Global Link and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Global Link or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Global Link nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Northstar or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Northstar or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Northstar or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Northstar and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Northstar or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Northstar nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22August 21, 2018 2010 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency API or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either API or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency API or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency API and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either API or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency API nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency New Horizons or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either New Horizons or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency New Horizons or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency New Horizons and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either New Horizons or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency New Horizons nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency VNCI or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either VNCI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency VNCI or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency VNCI and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either VNCI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency VNCI nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Access Point or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Access Point or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Access Point or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Access Point and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Access Point or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Access Point nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22September 3, 2018 2011 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency BLC or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either BLC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency BLC or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency BLC and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either BLC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency BLC nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22March 25, 2018 2009 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Cost Plus or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Cost Plus or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Cost Plus or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Cost Plus and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Cost Plus or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Cost Plus nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22, 2018 Calendar Date Two Years After Effective Date (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency BTLLC or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either BTLLC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency BTLLC or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency BTLLC and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either BTLLC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency BTLLC nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency MHT or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either MHT or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency MHT or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency MHT and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either MHT or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency MHT nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency CSTC or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either CSTC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency CSTC or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency CSTC and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either CSTC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency CSTC nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency GCTC or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either GCTC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency GCTC or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency GCTC and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either GCTC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency GCTC nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22April 6, 2018 2006 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Connectel or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Connectel or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Connectel or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Connectel and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Connectel or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Connectel nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 3.1 This Agreement is effective on the earlier of: (i) the date the Commission deems the Agreement effective: or (ii) ninety (90) days after the filing of the Agreement with the Commission provided the commission does not reject the Agreement in the intervening period (“Effective Date”). 3.2 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22, 2018 until: calendar date two years after effective date (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 3.3 Either Emergency TCA or Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 3.4 If Emergency either TCA or Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 3.3 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency TCA or Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 1213), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency TCA and Verizon▇▇▇▇▇; or, (b) the date one hundred and sixty (1160) year days after the proposed date of terminationtermination or any agreed upon extension thereof; except that, if either Party has filed a petition for arbitration of a new agreement with the Commission in accordance with Section 252, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue in effect until such time the arbitration is concluded and there is approval of a new agreement by the Commission. 2.4 3.5 If Emergency either TCA or Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 3.3 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency TCA nor Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminatedterminated in accordance with requirements of the Commission and Applicable Law, if any, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT)Terms.

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency KDL or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either KDL or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency KDL or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency KDL and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either KDL or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency KDL nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Excel or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Excel or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Excel or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Excel and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Excel or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Excel nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency ATI or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either ATI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency ATI or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency ATI and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either ATI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency ATI nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Princeton or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Princeton or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Princeton or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Princeton and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Princeton or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Princeton nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency NexGen or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either NexGen or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency NexGen or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency NexGen and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either NexGen or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency NexGen nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Voxbeam or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Voxbeam or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Voxbeam or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Voxbeam and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Voxbeam or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Voxbeam nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22January 1, 2018 2019 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency PBX or Verizon Frontier may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency PBX or Verizon Frontier provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency PBX or Verizon Frontier has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency PBX and VerizonFrontier; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency PBX or Verizon Frontier provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency PBX nor Verizon Frontier has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22June 20, 2018 2027 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency CLEC Party or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency CLEC Party or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency CLEC Party or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency CLEC Party and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency CLEC Party or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency CLEC Party nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency New Access or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌the 2.3 If Emergency either New Access or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency New Access or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency New Access and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either New Access or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency New Access nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency DTI or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either DTI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency DTI or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency DTI and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either DTI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency DTI nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency BitWise or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either BitWise or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency BitWise or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency BitWise and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either BitWise or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency BitWise nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22January 7, 2018 2016 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Genesis or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency Genesis or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Genesis or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Genesis and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency Genesis or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Genesis nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Hello Depot or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Hello Depot or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Hello Depot or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Hello Depot and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Hello Depot or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Hello Depot nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 4.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22, 2018 for a period of 2 years (24 months) after the Effective Date of this Agreement (the “"Initial Term”"). Thereafter, this Agreement shall renew automatically for successive six (6) month terms (each such term a "Renewal Term"), commencing on the expiration date of the initial term or latest Renewal Term and continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 4.2 Either Emergency PITC or Verizon Level 3 may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial subsequent Renewal Term by providing written notice of termination at least no less than ninety (90) days prior written notice to the other Party in advance of the expiration date of termination.‌the Initial Term or latest Renewal Term. 2.3 4.3 In the event of such termination, those service arrangements made available under this Agreement and existing at the time of termination shall continue without interruption until a replacement agreement has been executed by the Parties either (a) under a new agreement voluntarily executed by the Parties; (b) under a new agreement negotiated pursuant to the provisions of the Act; or c) under any agreement that may be available according to the provisions of Section 252(i) of the Act, but, unless the Parties mutually agree otherwise or are engaged in lawful arbitration of a new agreement before the Commission, in no case will the existing service arrangements continue for longer than 180 days after the termination date. 4.4 If Emergency either PITC or Verizon Level 3 provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 4 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency PITC nor Verizon Level 3 has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b)terminate, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).and

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Onvoy or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency Onvoy or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Onvoy or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Onvoy and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency Onvoy or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Onvoy nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 3.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, and shall continue in effect until May 22, 2018 for a period of 2 years (24 months) after the Effective Date of this Agreement (the “"Initial Term”"). Thereafter, this Agreement shall renew automatically for successive six (6) month terms, commencing on the termination date of the initial term or latest renewal term and continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 3.2 Either Emergency or Verizon Party may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term each subsequent renewal term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 3.3 In the event of such termination, if either Party has requested negotiations of a new interconnection agreement, those service arrangements made available under this Agreement and existing at the time of termination shall continue without interruption until a replacement agreement has been executed by the Parties either (a) under a new agreement voluntarily executed by the Parties; (b) under a new agreement negotiated pursuant to the provisions of the Act; or c) under any agreement that may be available according to the provisions of Section 252(i) of the Act, but in no case will the existing service arrangements continue for longer than 270 days after the termination date. 3.4 If Emergency or Verizon either Party provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 3 and by 11:59 PM Central Time on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency or Verizon and neither Party has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination)terminate, and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to continue until the extent that earlier of (1) the Purchasing Party has requested that date such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff services are cancelled by CLEC or Statement (2) 90 days from the date of Generally Available Terms (SGAT)termination.

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency PEG or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency PEG or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency PEG or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency PEG and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency PEG or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency PEG nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22March 18, 2018 2004 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Prepaid or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Prepaid or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Prepaid or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Prepaid and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Prepaid or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Prepaid nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency NTC or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either NTC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency NTC or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency NTC and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either NTC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency NTC nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Talk Unlimited or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌the 2.3 If Emergency either Talk Unlimited or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Talk Unlimited or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Talk Unlimited and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Talk Unlimited or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Talk Unlimited nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Phone-Link or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Phone-Link or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Phone-Link or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Phone-Link and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Phone-Link or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Phone-Link nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency NOS or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either NOS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency NOS or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency NOS and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either NOS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency NOS nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22August 4, 2018 2006 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Shelcomm or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌ 2.3 If Emergency Shelcomm or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Shelcomm or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 1211), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Shelcomm and Verizon; or, or (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency Shelcomm or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Shelcomm nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Ciera or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Ciera or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Ciera or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Ciera and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Ciera or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Ciera nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Wide Voice or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Wide Voice or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Wide Voice or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Wide Voice and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Wide Voice or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Wide Voice nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency QuantumShift or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either QuantumShift or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency QuantumShift or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency QuantumShift and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either QuantumShift or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency QuantumShift nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Premiere or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Premiere or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Premiere or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Premiere and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Premiere or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Premiere nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Quality Tel or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Quality Tel or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Quality Tel or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Quality Tel and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Quality Tel or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Quality Tel nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency MPCS or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either MPCS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency MPCS or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency MPCS and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either MPCS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency MPCS nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency CCI or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either CCI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency CCI or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency CCI and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either CCI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency CCI nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency CLEC Party or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency CLEC Party or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 0 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency CLEC Party or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 120), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency CLEC Party and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency CLEC Party or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.20, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency CLEC Party nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency MTC or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either MTC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency MTC or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency MTC and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either MTC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency MTC nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22October 24, 2018 2003 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency TNCI or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either TNCI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency TNCI or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency TNCI and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either TNCI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency TNCI nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency TWCIS or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety one hundred twenty (90120) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either TWCIS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency TWCIS or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency TWCIS and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the later of the proposed date of terminationtermination or the date of filing by either Party of an arbitration petition. 2.4 If Emergency either TWCIS or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency TWCIS nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22February 17, 2018 2011 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency D-Max or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either D-Max or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency D-Max or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency D-Max and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either D-Max or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency D- Max nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then agreement, (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

ThereafterTerm T).hereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency NHC or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either NHC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency NHC or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency NHC and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either NHC or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency NHC nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22August 6, 2018 2014 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Selectel or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Selectel or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Selectel or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Selectel and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Selectel or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Selectel nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency ECI or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either ECI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency ECI or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency ECI and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either ECI or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency ECI nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Smartrak or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Smartrak or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Smartrak or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Smartrak and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either Smartrak or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Smartrak nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22September 16, 2018 2016 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Hypercube or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency Hypercube or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Hypercube or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Hypercube and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency Hypercube or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Hypercube nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Airbus or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency Airbus or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Airbus or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Airbus and Verizon; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency Airbus or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Airbus nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (or, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency SOUTHEAST or Verizon ALLTEL may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either SOUTHEAST or Verizon ALLTEL provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency SOUTHEAST or Verizon ALLTEL has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency SOUTHEAST and VerizonALLTEL; or, (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination. 2.4 If Emergency either SOUTHEAST or Verizon ALLTEL provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency SOUTHEAST nor Verizon ALLTEL has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).

Term and Termination. 2.1 3.1 This Agreement is effective on the earlier of: (i) the date the Commission deems the Agreement effective: or (ii) ninety (90) days after the filing of the Agreement with the Commission provided the commission does not reject the Agreement in the intervening period (“Effective Date”). 3.2 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until May 22, 2018 until: calendar date two (2) years after effective date (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force full and effect on a month to month basis unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 3.3 Either Emergency CLEC or Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 3.4 If Emergency either CLEC or Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 3.3 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency CLEC or Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 1213), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency CLEC and Verizon▇▇▇▇▇; or, (b) the date one hundred and sixty (1160) year days after the proposed date of terminationtermination or any agreed upon extension thereof; except that, if either Party has filed a petition for arbitration of a new agreement with the Commission in accordance with Section 252, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue in effect until such time the arbitration is concluded and there is approval of a new agreement by the Commission. 2.4 3.5 If Emergency either CLEC or Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 3.3 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency CLEC nor Verizon ▇▇▇▇▇ has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminatedterminated in accordance with requirements of the Commission and Applicable Law, if any, except to the extent that the Purchasing purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT)Terms.

Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement. 2.2 Either Emergency Intrado or Verizon may terminate this Agreement effective upon the expiration of the Initial Term or effective upon any date after expiration of the Initial Term by providing written notice of termination at least ninety one hundred eighty (90180) days in advance of the date of termination.‌termination. 2.3 If Emergency either Intrado or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2 and on or before the proposed date of termination either Emergency Intrado or Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement, unless this Agreement is cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (including, but not limited to, pursuant to Section 12), this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of: : (a) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Emergency Intrado and Verizon; or, , (b) the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination, provided that if prior to the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination the open issues for a new interconnection agreement between Intrado and Verizon have become the subject of an arbitration proceeding before the Commission or the FCC pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 252, this Agreement shall remain in effect until the earlier of (i) the effective date of a new interconnection agreement between Intrado and Verizon or, (ii) the date 120 days after the effective date of a Commission or FCC order concluding the arbitration proceeding. 2.4 If Emergency either Intrado or Verizon provides notice of termination pursuant to Section 2.2, 2.2 and by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination neither Emergency Intrado nor Verizon has requested negotiation of a new interconnection agreement (oragreement, in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), if no new agreement is reached by the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the proposed date of termination (or in the case of termination in accordance with Subsection 2.3(b), at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the date one (1) year after the proposed date of termination), and (b) the Services being provided under this Agreement at the time of termination will be terminated, except to the extent that the Purchasing Party has requested that such Services continue to be provided pursuant to an applicable Tariff or Statement of Generally Available Terms (SGAT).
