Common use of Term B Commitments Clause in Contracts

Term B Commitments. On the making of the Term B Advances on the Closing Date, each Term B Lender’s Term B Commitment shall be reduced to zero. Any reduction or termination of the Term B Commitments pursuant to this Section shall be permanent, with no obligation of the Lenders to reinstate such Commitments.

Term B Commitments. On the making of the Term B Advances on the Closing Effective Date (and on the making of the Term B Advances, if any, on each Increase Date), each Term B Lender’s Term B Commitment shall be reduced to zero. Any reduction or termination of the Term B Commitments pursuant to this Section shall be permanent, with no obligation of the Lenders to reinstate such Commitments.
