Term; Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be and remain in full force and effect until the Obligation has been fully performed and paid. Upon expiration and payment in full of the Obligation, this Agreement shall automatically terminate and Secured Party shall cause UCC termination statements to be filed with respect to the Collateral. Each of the provisions hereof shall be binding upon Debtor and its legal representatives, successors and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of Secured Party and its legal representatives, successors and assigns.
