Term Commencement of Operation Sample Clauses

The 'Term; Commencement of Operation' clause defines when an agreement or contract becomes effective and specifies the duration for which it will remain in force. Typically, this clause states the exact start date—such as upon signing or a particular milestone—and outlines the period of validity, which could be a fixed term or contingent on certain events. By clearly establishing both the commencement and the length of the contractual relationship, this clause ensures that all parties understand their obligations' timeframe and helps prevent disputes over when responsibilities begin and end.
