Term; Dissolution Prior to Expiration of Term. The term of the Company was commenced on the date that the Certificate of Formation was filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware and shall continue in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Company shall terminate and dissolve upon the consent of the Member.
