Common use of Term Expiration Date Clause in Contracts

Term Expiration Date. The “Term” of this Lease shall be four (4) years and two (2) months commencing as of the Commencement Date and, subject to Tenant’s right to extend the Term in accordance with Exhibit “E” attached hereto, expiring on the fiftieth (50th) month anniversary of the Commencement Date (the “Expiration Date”).
