Term Expiration Date. Your Option shall expire at 2:30 P.M. Mountain Time on the Expiration Date set forth in the Award Agreement, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the Award Agreement (such as upon your termination of Continuous Service) or the terms of an Other Agreement or the Plan.
