Term Expiration Date. The Term Expiration Date (for the entire Premises including the Original Premises) shall be the day immediately preceding the sixth (6th) anniversary of the Expansion Premises Commencement Date; provided, however, that if the Expansion Premises Commencement Date is a date on than the first day of a calendar month, then the Term Expiration Date (for the entire Premises including the Original Premises) shall be the day immediately preceding the sixth (6th) anniversary of the first day of the calendar month following the Expansion Space Commencement Date.
