Common use of Term for Services Clause in Contracts

Term for Services. a) The services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be for the following dates and times: August 17, 2024 7:00AM – 12:00PM . b) The Contracting Entity will be solely responsible to inform the designated OCEMS Contact Person or scheduled EMS Standby Crew of the standby/rendezvous location. c) The Contracting Entity will be solely responsible to inform the designated OCEMS Contact Person or scheduled EMS Standby Crew of any schedule changes outside of the original agreement. d) The Contracting Entity agrees to pay the scheduled Personnel starting from the originally agreed upon start time, unless the designated OCEMS Contact Person has been notified of the schedule change the previous calendar day. e) In the event that standby services are required for longer than the originally scheduled hours, The Contracting Entity agrees to pay the EMS Standby Crew for all hours worked at the above rates.
