Common use of Term for Services Clause in Contracts

Term for Services. a) The services to be performed pursuant to this Agreement shall be for the following dates and times: Date Start Time End Time Location b) The Contracting Entity will be solely responsible for informing the designated OCEMS Chief Paramedic or designee including any scheduled Paramedic or other OCEMS personnel (hereinafter “OCEMS Contact”) of the standby/rendezvous location. c) The Contracting Entity will be solely responsible for informing the designated OCEMS Contact of any schedule changes outside of the original agreement, as soon as reasonably possible. d) The Contracting Entity agrees to pay OCEMS starting from the originally agreed upon start time, unless the designated OCEMS Contact has been notified of the schedule change the previous calendar day. e) If standby services are required for longer than the originally scheduled hours, the Contracting Entity agrees to pay OCEMS for all hours worked at the above rates.
