Term of Commitment. Subject to the terms of Section 7 hereof, each Participant's Funding Commitment shall remain in effect until the earlier of (i) that date eighteen (18) months from the date of this Agreement, or (ii) the date the full amount of the total of all Funding Commitments has been paid into the Loan Fund in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.
