Common use of Term of Contract; Contract Extension Clause in Contracts

Term of Contract; Contract Extension. This Contract will be in effect from Purchase Order Issuance (the "Effective Date") through the last option executed completion date. The original term is for four years from the effective date. The Agency, in its sole discretion, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the Term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period not to exceed the complete length of the original Term. These may be expressed as specific contract options as well.
