Common use of Term of Contract; Contract Extension Clause in Contracts

Term of Contract; Contract Extension. The Contract will be in effect from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. (Subject to the billing cycle start date(s) at the discretion of the State) The parties, by mutual agreement, may extend this Contract for additional terms beyond the original term, prior to Termination or expiration, one or more times for a combined total period of two years but only in accordance with the section in this Contract concerning Contract Amendments.
