Term of each Order Form Clause Samples

The 'Term of each Order Form' clause defines the duration for which each individual order form under a master agreement remains in effect. Typically, this clause specifies the start and end dates of the order form, and may outline conditions for renewal, extension, or early termination. For example, an order form might be valid for one year from the effective date, with options to renew for additional periods. This clause ensures both parties are clear on the timeframes governing their obligations and helps prevent disputes over when services or deliverables are due.
