Term of Existence. The Company's existence began on March 19, 2001 and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Articles of Organization, will continue until December 31, 2021, unless earlier terminated under the provisions of this Agreement or by operation of law. A Majority may extend the Company's term, provided that the Company remains in compliance with the NASAA Guidelines.
