Term of IRU For. Each Segment. The IRU for each Segment of Capacity activated hereunder shall begin on the Commencement Date for such Segment and shall end on the earlier of (a) the termination date set forth on Schedule 1 with respect to such Segment or (b) the termination of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.
