Term of Letters of Agreement. Subject to Section 36 of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014 all central letters of agreement appended to this agreement, or entered into after the execution of this agreement shall, unless otherwise stated therein, form part of the collective agreement, run concurrently with it, and have the same termination date as the agreement.
