Term of Program. The Program will be available to Customer during the term of the Agreement; provided that the parties agree that each individual patient may only participate in the Program for up to five (5) days and no longer. In the event that the Agreement terminates during the course of one or more patients’ therapy pursuant to the Program, the parties agree that the Program shall be extended (on the terms and conditions set forth in this Schedule F) solely to enable such in-progress therapy to be completed. In no event shall Customer enroll any additional patients in the Program during such time.
