Common use of Term of Statement of Work Clause in Contracts

Term of Statement of Work. 5.1 A Statement of Work applying this Schedule will come into force on the date of execution of the Statement of Work, and will continue in force until cancelled in accordance with Paragraph [5.2] or [5.3]. 5.2 A Statement of Work applying this Schedule will be automatically cancelled: (a) on the date of effective termination of the Agreement under Clause [21]; or (b) upon the later of: (I) the completion of all the Creative Services under the Statement of Work; and
