Term of Statement of Work. This Statement of Work shall be effective from _____________ through _____________ unless terminated, canceled, or extended. Company may terminate this agreement at any time for non-performance and/or breach of the Agreement. If the Company determines that the Consultant is not performing the services as outlined in this Statement of Work Company will inform Consultant in writing the specific services that are not being performed. Consultant will have thirty days to perform the services as outlined by the Company.
